IP television

AllTheContent has produced videos especially for the Internet since 2001 and has a huge catalogue of metadata-indexed VOD (video on demand). We stock three main types of content:

  • short formats, with a duration of 1 to 12 minutes, fillers or news items, for example.
  • medium formats, with a duration of 12 to 60 minutes, one-off documentaries or series of documentaries, for example.
  • long formats, with a duration of 60 to 120 minutes: longer documentaries or fiction films.

Our content can be delivered in different versions to meet different local market needs:

  • international, non-localised version with a script.
  • localised version with dubbing and/or subtitling in the local language.
  • bespoke adaptations of content are also available to meet your precise needs.

Our services are available by the unit and by subscription and can be delivered digitally (ftp, teleport) or physically (DVD, Beta Digi, DV Tape). We deliver in all standards (PAL, NTSC) and screen formats (4/3, 16/9, Cinemascope). Part of our catalogue is available in High Definition (HD), and the remainder in SD format.

Finally, we supply fully outsourced services to manage your IPTV customers. Note on short-format contents

The short format includes contents for young audiences. These are short videos on a variety of themes (extreme sports, funny images, comedy, gags, home-made videos) with no spoken soundtrack and infotainment in the local language (celebrity gossip, music, tech trends, video games, cars, wellness, cooking and extreme sports).

These services are also available in S-VOD, (with a subscription to a selection of contents) and Free VOD. In the latter case, the content is specially designed to explain to the public how the portal or the service operates and is available free of charge.

In the case of this type of VOD, we license operators to use our products, with regular updates, for a very competitive lump sum.

The creation of an IPTV channel

We have the ability to handle all the tasks associated with setting up an IPTV channel. We can take care of an IPTV channel in its entirety, from the design, project management, the creation of program grids, content production and providing the appropriate content license. We can also provide you with the necessary specialised personnel who can operate these program grids and create a relationship with your target audience

Case study: Belgacom

Client’s problem

Belgacom is the largest triple-play operator in Belgium. The company was looking for original, revenue-generating content to reach specific market niches for its IPTV portal. It had to offer rich, complex metadata in three languages: French, English and Flemish.

AllTheContent's solution

To provide a catalogue of selected content with 100 hours of language classes, 200 adventure and extreme sports films and more than 500 documentaries on the arts, history, sport and famous people. ATC, in addition to providing contents licensed from our partnership network, created very comprehensive metadata in the required languages and created consistent collections of content for an S-VOD package.
