Corporate communication

Corporate communication is based on a range of parameters. Crucially, the communication tools used must not only reflect the group’s mission and vision, but should be absolutely accurate and rigorous, and, most especially, appropriate for their intended audience. Which distribution channel should you choose? What is the right approach to communication and in which media? What tone should you adopt? At AllTheContent, we can help you make all the right decisions and develop your own communication strategy. We can also produce customised top-quality content to meet all your needs.

Our services are available individually or by subscription (monthly, quarterly or over 44 weeks). Please find below a non-exhaustive list our services:

Finally, AllTheContent offers two ways of disseminating your newsletter :

  • mailing of digital version only (e-newsletter);

A brief reminder of the newsletter’s “golden rules” to maximize its impact.

• Structure your point clearly and concisely in support of a sober, clear layout. Make such that the explicit title object, and use headings before each short paragraphs.
• Choose lowercase to uppercase, even for the title, and avoid exclamation points.
• Think about how often you make regular updates in order to establish an appointment with your readers.
• Customize your mail using the recipient’s first name.

Case study: Objectif Santé (Target Health)

Customer issue

Pharmacie Populaire is a group of pharmacies in Geneva. The company has two publications: a monthly magazine entitled ‘Objectif Santé’ (Target Health) with articles on health and well-being, and ‘Ma Beauté’ (My Beauty), a quarterly publication, covering lifestyle and cosmetics. These two magazines are distributed through the brand’s pharmacies and also feature as a supplement in a daily newspaper, ‘La Tribune de Genève’. The group wanted to deliver content of a quality that would attract and retain its target audience and consequently sought to outsource the production of its editorial content. However, it found it difficult to source specialist editors and fact checkers with the requisite scientific background and a good understanding of its marketing content who could also offer a reliable service.

AllTheContent's solution

We were able to cover most of the editorial issues of the magazine, which we called ‘Objectif Santé’, by having a project manager dedicated to support the customers and a wide team of specialists from different areas of the healthcare sector. The French-language magazine is enjoyable to read while remaining scientifically rigorous, and is largely produced by our specialist editors. On occasion, we also help publish ‘Ma Beauté’ and also ‘advice’ leaflets distributed in the pharmacies. In this way, we have managed to offer turnkey solutions for most of Pharmacie Populaire’s communications media.
