The first step is to join our newsroom here and to accept our terms and conditions. To finalize registration, simply follow the instructions in the pdf file here. Upon sign-up completion, a contract is automatically sent to the new member and regarded as electronically signed. We are then able to propose each new member a wide range of opportunities corresponding to his or her profile. Once the Producer accepts one of these proposals, an agreement is reached and a “deal” is created. A deal can be one-time or recurring. A Producer may have an unlimited number of deals in parallel as long as tasks are completed properly and in a timely fashion.

Once you joined our newsroom, you have two ways to receive work assignments. The first one is to participate to a “Call for Content”, which is a call sent to all our members when we need contents on a given theme and are open to any original suggestions. You then have to “pitch” a topic in line with our requirements. This pitch must be submitted in the part of the newsroom dedicated to the “Call for content”. If your idea is original, new and in line with our expectations, we will accept the pitch, and a production deal will automatically be created. The second way is to receive a Direct User Assignment, which is a production order sent to you specifically. Again, the deal is created as soon as you accept this assignment. You can view all available opportunities in the “Do Business” tab of the newsroom.

A “Call for Content” is a call sent to all our members when we are looking for original content ideas on a given theme. A notification is then sent by email to the members whose scope corresponds to the call theme. A Producer then has to “pitch” a topic in line with our requirements. This pitch must be submitted in the part of the newsroom dedicated to the “Call for content” – check the “Do Business” tab to find it. If your idea is original, new and in line with our expectations, we will accept it, and a production deal will automatically be created.

If you receive a Direct User Assignment, it means we specifically thought about you to perform a task, and believe you are the best person in the network to produce a given content. In this case, you will receive a notification by email along with a link to all the production order details, viewable in our Newsroom. A deal is created as soon as you accept this assignment. You can view all available opportunities in the “Do Business” tab of the newsroom.

To get to know your competences and fields of specializations. This information will help us propose you assignments tailored to your profile. Please pick a given “skill”, only if you are able to professionally produce contents in the corresponding field. You can provide us these details during the sign-up process or later on, by updating your profile. All provided information will remain confidential.

We would be really sad to see you go, but you are of course totally free to leave our network. To do so, log in the newsroom, go to the “My Account” tab, then “Contact’s settings” or simply go here and then scroll down and click on “Termination”.

To reduce both your paperwork and ours. Our tool indeed keeps track of every prestation carried out and allows you to automatically invoice a wide range of works done for us. To check our “invoicing tool” tutorial, click on the question mark sign in the newsroom.
