As portable video entertainment undergoes some major changes, ATC has teamed with French TV and mobile company ACE Entertainment to revolutionize the mobile TV market. Based in Paris, ACE gained substantial experiences by launching Smoonix TV in 2006, the first ever "made-for-mobile" TV channels with exclusive Asian animation. Encouraged by the tremendous success of this approach, ACE has worked since June on the MOSAIC bouquet that groups channels from different content providers.

The bouquet is based on the very common principle in traditional media: free services drives huge ratings, huge ratings can be easily monetized into profit with ads. Except for some data charge, access to the streaming channels of MOSAIC TV is fully free, with an ad-funded business models. Currently available through Bouygues Telecom, Virgin Mobile and NRJ Mobile in France, the service will be soon distributed to other operators and expand in other territories.

As the bouquet want to attract and retain young revenue-generating targets, ATC channels have the perfect fit to act as a traffic magnet with topics as music, comedy content and extreme sports. Non-verbal humor channel Stupido TV has also been selected to enrich to bouquet, with a new localized name MDR TV.
